Ginger Ground
It is a perennial plant that has white and yellow flowers and grows up to 70 cm. Its homeland is India and Malaysia. It is strong smelling and slightly bitter flavor. Although Ginger is not used in Turkish cuisine, it occupies a great place in the world especially in Indian cuisine. You can generally use in making sherbets, soft drinks and liquors.
